Returns & Exchange:

We are committed to provide our customers complete satisfaction. We strive to enhance your online shopping experience with your every ELIA purchase. In order to ensure the same, we are always ready and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.

In case you are unsatisfied with the product received, we request you to contact our Customer Care team at info.elia.eg@gmail.com and we shall revert back to you at the earliest.

We will happily exchange items, subject to the following criteria:

  • The product(s) should be unused (other than fit trial).
  • Products damaged while being used do not qualify for exchange.
  • All the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the product(s).
  • Exchange request should be raised within the same day of delivery.
  • Incase you want to try the product while the courier is at the door, you will have to notify us in advance.
  • Another courier comes to pick up the item that needs to be exchanged not with the same courier.


We accept returns only if it is communicated on the same day of receiving the order and exchanges. Each product we manufacture is personally checked by our Quality Check department to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, in the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, or is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a return or an exchange. If the purchased product doesn’t fit, we will happily arrange for an exchange based on the stock availability, or a refund.

Please note that, in accordance with our rules and regulations, customized orders are not eligible for return or exchange. As outlined in the product details section of our website, each custom bag is uniquely crafted, ensuring that no two products are exactly alike. This personalized touch is the essence of our customized products.

Due to the bespoke nature of these items, returns or exchanges cannot be accommodated for custom orders.

• Please note that money refunds are only transferred through your Bank account, Instapay or wallet, once we receive the return and do our quality check according to the mentioned rules, we refund the money back.
We do not send cash refunds with couriers.

Items will not be eligible for return/exchange if the request is not raised within 3 days of the receipt of product.

We reserve the right to deny refund of any product(s) that do not meet the requirements of our Return Policy.
